Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The AVENSU return policy explains our 30-day return window, exchange options, return eligibility requirements, shipping costs and refund processing times for purchases made through avensu.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This policy applies to eligible products purchased directly through avensu.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

30-Day Return Window<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To qualify for a return, the item must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Be unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be returned in its original condition;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Include the original jewelry box, pouch, accessories and packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Include proof of purchase or the original order number;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be shipped back using an approved return method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Items that show signs of wear, damage, modification, misuse or missing components may not qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How to Request a Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Clear photographs if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For approved damaged, defective or incorrect-item claims:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • AVENSU will cover the reasonable return shipping cost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • No restocking fee will be charged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You may choose an eligible replacement or a refund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse an approved return shipping cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Please retain the product, packaging and shipping materials until your claim has been reviewed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Change-of-Mind Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        We accept eligible returns for change of mind within the 30-day return window, provided that the product remains unworn, unused and in its original condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        For change-of-mind returns:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Original shipping charges are non-refundable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • No restocking fee will be charged;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          AVENSU is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged or delivered to an incorrect address when the customer arranges the return shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery<\/strong>, subject to product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For exchanges caused by damage, defects or an incorrect item, AVENSU will cover the approved return and replacement shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          For exchanges requested because of preference, size or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit or a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Personalized, engraved or custom-made products;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Custom-sized bracelets made specifically for the customer;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Gift cards;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Items returned without their original components or packaging;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Items returned after the 30-day return window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Damaged, defective or incorrect item:<\/strong> AVENSU covers the approved return shipping cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Change of mind, preference or size issue:<\/strong> The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              AVENSU does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              After your returned product has been delivered to us, it will normally be inspected within 3 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Depending on your bank, card provider or payment service, it may take an additional 5\u201310 business days<\/strong> for the refunded amount to appear in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes and other third-party charges are normally non-refundable unless the return is caused by a damaged, defective or incorrect item, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Partial or Refused Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              A refund may be reduced or refused if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • The product shows signs of wear, use, misuse or alteration;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The original packaging or included accessories are missing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The item was damaged because it was packaged improperly for return;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The item does not match the product included in the approved return request;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The return was submitted outside the applicable return period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                We will contact you by email if there is an issue with your returned product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled after it has entered processing or has been shipped. Once shipped, the order must be handled through the standard return process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Refund Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                If you have received a refund confirmation but the funds have not appeared after 10 business days, please first contact your bank or payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                If the refund is still not visible, contact AVENSU customer support and include your order number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
